OSHA Compliance Audit
Our Certified Safety Professional will conduct an audit as if it were OSHA. This will include a review of records, policies, and an in-person audit of the facility to identify hazards and OSHA violations. The deliverable includes a final report that includes pictures of the unsafe conditions or violations, the cited regulatory reference, and recommendations for mitigating the hazard.
Policy, Procedure, and Program Development
We can assist you in the development or review of required safety programs specific to your facility. Each safety policy will help identify, evaluate, and prevent hazards as well as provide documentation in compliance with OSHA regulations.
General Safety Consulting
We have retainer clients for whom we perform work for a specific number of hours a month. We can help your business with safety consulting needs either by working on-site or at the Triangle Safety Consulting LLC office. This could include conducting Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), performing risk assessments, or even short-term safety support.
OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Training for General Industry
The OSHA Outreach Training Program provides training on identifying and controlling workplace hazards. Outreach classes also provide overview information regarding OSHA, including workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint.
Ergonomics Program Development
Our Ergonomics Specialists will help you identify, evaluate, and control ergonomic risks in your facility. Our ergonomics program development includes ergonomic risk assessments, recommendations for ergonomic improvements, and ergonomics training for employees and engineers.
Machine Guarding Assessments
We assess your machines and provide you with clear answers and detailed guidance on what specifically needs to be guarded or improved. This will help you improve machinery safety to prevent injuries and amputations, fulfill OSHA requirements, and follow safety standards.
